The TFG offers optimum accessibility for cleaning and with only minimum residues of un-ground product remaining in the machine at the end of a production run is suited for fast product changes.
Toner Fluidised Bed Opposed Jet Mill – TFG
The classifying wheel is driven via a vertically arranged shaft and the fineness is set as a function of the classifying wheel speed. All important is a high product loading of the nozzle jets in order to achieve a high concentration of particles in this area and thus high impact probabilities. The patented Megajet nozzles generate an under-pressure at their common centre which draws particles from the fluidised bed directly into the centre of the nozzle jet.
The product level in the machine is controlled by means of load cells or by monitoring the current loading of the classifier drive.
